This page tells you what share of each village around Dholera was recorded as Scheduled Caste in the 2011 census, highest first. It matters because land transfer rules, government schemes and local politics all attach to this classification, and the figure is public for every village in the country.
The short version
Morasiya recorded the highest share at 36.53 percent, then Sarwal at 33.33 and Jaska at 33.30. Thirteen of the 72 villages recorded no Scheduled Caste population at all and are listed under the table rather than ranked at the bottom, because a village with none is not the same as a village with almost none.
What this ranking is
This is the last time anybody counted these villages one by one and published the answer. The Census of India sent enumerators to every village in the country in 2011 and asked the same questions everywhere, which is what makes the answers comparable. The amenity questions were asked in 2009. That is old, and we say so on every figure, but it is the only complete, uniform and free record of what was on the ground before the industrial city arrived. If you want to understand what Dholera SIR was built on top of, this is the baseline.
None of this describes 2026. Roads have been built, land has changed hands and the expressway has opened since the surveyors came. Read it as the starting line, not the current score.
Which villages are in it. The 69 villages of Dhandhuka taluka, sub-district code 03787, plus the three Barwala taluka villages that appear on the Dholera development authority's own 22 village boundary map. Seventy two villages in all. Census 2011 has no Dholera taluka because Dholera taluka was only created in 2015, so the villages sit under the taluka names the Census used at the time.
What the numbers say
Roughly a third of the population in the top villages here was recorded as Scheduled Caste, and there are villages a short drive away that recorded none. Rural Gujarat is not uniform, and a district level average hides exactly this.
The highest figure is 36.53 percent of village population and the lowest is 0.13 percent of village population. The middle village of the ranking sits at 8.04 percent of village population.
Thirteen villages recorded no Scheduled Caste population in 2011. The villages recording nothing are listed under the table, because dropping them silently would make the ranking look more complete than the source is. They are: Anandpur, Bhimtalav, Buranpur, Gogla, Haripura, Kamatalav, Khun, Mahadevpura, Mingalpur, Rahtalav, Ratanpur, Valinda, Zankhi.

Census of India 2011, village directory. The amenity questions were surveyed in 2009. These are not current conditions and this site never presents them as current conditions.
Derived share, with the published count printed beside it. Villages recording zero are listed, not ranked, so the table never implies a false last place.
How to use this without being misled
The practical reason this matters to a buyer is that land held by a Scheduled Caste owner carries transfer restrictions under Gujarat revenue law, and clearing those is a real step in a real title chain rather than a formality. If you are buying in a village near the top of this list, ask your lawyer to check the owner class on the land record before you pay anything.
We are not going to tell you what to make of the social picture. We are telling you the number is published and here it is.
